Summary
We’re seeking an experienced chase boat skipper to operate and manage a newly delivered 45-foot chase boat in the Caribbean.
Requirements:
- Proven experience running similar-sized vessels (40–50 ft range)
- Strong knowledge of Caribbean waters
- Professional attitude and excellent seamanship
- Ability to manage maintenance, fueling, and logistics
- Preference for candidates with experience supporting superyachts or regatta programs
