Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Deckhand to join our 44-meter motor yacht operating in the Caribbean. The successful candidate will have at least one season of yacht experience and a solid understanding of deck operations, including washdowns, line handling, detailing, polishing, and basic maintenance tasks. Experience driving tenders is advantageous, as the yacht frequently operates multiple boats. Effective teamwork and communication skills are crucial, given the collaborative nature of the crew, which consists of nine members. This permanent position is open exclusively to male candidates due to cabin arrangements. Applicants must hold valid STCW, ENG1 certifications, a B1/B2 visa, and a valid passport. The role is based in Grenada, with a start date set for December 15, 2025, and the salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
