Summary
Private program that is based mostly in south FL with some Bahamas trips is looking for a mate and sole stew. Can be solo candidates or a team, but if a team MUST have good experience and longevity working together. The owners are an older couple, the yacht is fairly casually run and most trips are in winter to Nassau (approximately 10 weeks per year) with summers in Fort Lauderdale. The mate should have 2-3 years experience with a similar role on yachts in the 90-120' range. The salary is very much DOE and will be in the $5-7K range possibly higher for mates with fishing experience and the owners sons like to fish. Can consider all nationalities, non-Americans must have a valid B1 visa. No urgency to start, we are looking for the right fit and candidates who want to be based in south FL / Bahamas.
