They are looking for a Senior 2nd Officer, so unfortunately cannot consider someone stepping up
Yacht expereince is essential due to the nature of the position

The programme tries to promote longevity where they can, favouring internal progression and offer bonus scheme and training allowance
Med cruising this summer with winter plans TBC
Single cabin - may require to share if operation requires during boss trips
Bridge structure - Captain, Chief Officer, First Officer, Second Officer, Third Officer
