Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled 3rd Engineer to join a busy and professionally run 80m private motor yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with credible, hands-on marine experience looking to transition into or advance within the yachting industry.
Key Requirements:
Recognized engineering qualification or trade background
Proven and credible marine engineering experience is essential (commercial shipping, naval, or large vessel sectors)
Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills with a solid track record of practical application
STCW, ENG1, valid Passport / Schengen visa / B1 B2
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Previous yacht experience beneficial but not required
The Role: Working within a strong engineering team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting all technical systems onboard – including propulsion, generators, HVAC, water systems, and general machinery. The yacht maintains high standards and offers excellent mentorship for professional growth.

Leave Package: 60 days
