We are seeking a Office Administrator to join a dynamic Naval Architecture firm on the South Coast. Our client provides complete engineering expertise to the superyacht industry, from project conception to delivery. They are an expanding organisation who engage with their staff throughout all levels of the business, building teams to enable professional development in a supportive and fun environment. 

Their ideal candidate will have an exceptional attention to detail, be process driven and have genuine enthusiasm and can-do attitude for assisting in the smooth running of day-to-day office life for a busy and successful team.  

Are you the right person for this role, do you have....  

Experience in providing administrative and coordination support to senior staff.  A Proactive attitude – First point of contact and coordinator for visiting guests Ability to promote company values and culture within the team, and towards external partners. Adept at spreadsheets - Regular reporting / updating of key performance metrics, with support of the company’s leadership team Able to Support delivery teams with project administrative functions Confident in promoting an efficient working office environment Organised and Analytical - Control, create / update records and databases  Experience with Xero accounting software/booking keeping desirable. This is a role where a flexible approach to changing workloads is paramount along with the ability to identify and communicate potential areas for improvement.
