Exciting travelling land-based service opportunities available now! We are currently creating two teams of 8 for our VVIP client based in the Middle East.
Each team of 7 service staff will be led by a Supervisor. Supervisors must have experience in leadership and management. The teams will be based in the Middle East and will live in lovely accommodation off site. They will travel together internationally to some truly exciting destinations once a month to serve their principal.
If you enjoy providing excellent service, have the appropriate experience in hospitality management and have a fierce passion for travel and new experiences – this role is for you.
Job Title: 2 x Service Supervisors
Contract: Full time/Permanent, 3 month probation period.
Starting date: End of October
Living arrangements: Staff are provided with very comfortable apartments downtown. Supervisors will have their own private rooms in the 2 - 3 bedroom apartments with a sitting room, bathroom, and a balcony with nice views of the city. There are also exercise facilities on site for staff usage.
Other Benefits: Tips for every monthly international trip. These range between €1000-€2000 per trip and will be an addition to your tax free monthly salary. Full medical, travel and transportation, food on duty, accommodation.
Holiday Allocation: 30 Days PA taken month 13. Candidates will not be required to work during Ramadan. This is in addition to your 30 days holiday allowance which is paid as a 13th month.
Working Hours: 40-48 PCW. Hours can change and candidates need to understand the importance of flexibility when on international trips with principal.
Requirements for application: Experience in the hospitality and service industry.
Visas: British, European and South African passport holders will be considered.
Salary: OTE €45, 000 euros plus tips. (€55000 - €60,000 approximately)
