Male SOUS CHEF required on 60m+ Charter Motor Yacht in Monaco.

A 60m+ charter motor yacht in Monaco is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their crew immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a busy charter yacht with great crew, excellent longevity, and a competitive package.

Ideal candidates will have 6 months to 1 year of yachting experience or a strong background in fast-paced kitchens.

Culinary experience, particularly in Thai, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine, is highly valued but not essential.

You should be a team player with exceptional presentation and desire to learn and grow under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef.

Salary: EUR 5000 DOE per month PLUS a generous bonus scheme and charter tips.

Leave: 96 days including 3x return flights annually.

The yacht is currently in Monaco and will head to the Caribbean in November, with charters already on the horizon.

Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements. Immediate start date in Monaco.
