Housekeeper

A wonderful Land based opportunity is open for a committed and seasoned Housekeeper to join a charming family of four. Working alongside a team consisting of 2 other housekeepers, you will oversee the maintenance and care of the family\'s newly refurbished primary residence in Warsaw, Poland.

Your attention to detail should be impeccable, coupled with a thorough understanding of cleaning products and the care of luxurious furnishings, materials, and fabrics. Being energetic and adaptable, you are expected to be dependable, responsible, and consistent in your everyday duties. Your tasks will encompass general housekeeping, laundry, ironing, breakfast preparation, light meals, and occasional dinners for the family, as well as setting and clearing the table.

Additional duties include grocery shopping, running errands. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, presentable, and possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude while maintaining discretion and respect for boundaries, providing an unobtrusive service. The role also requires you to be child-friendly and pet-friendly. A full EU driving license is mandatory for this position. A background in yachting and experience in UHNW households are desirable.

You will work 40 hours per week, effectively managing your time to keep the home immaculate and orderly. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with shift work during the week and weekends being preferred. Should relocation be necessary, the family offers a relocation package to assist in finding suitable accommodation nearby. There is a great salary on offer, and the position will start as soon as the right candidate is found.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Professional cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing beds, and cleaning bathrooms

• Specialized laundry care for delicate fabrics such as silk and cashmere

• Grocery shopping and running errands, including arranging dry cleaning and postal services

• Setting and clearing tables, and providing table service when needed

• Preparing breakfast for the family

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Professional experience and longevity as a house keeper

• Excellent knowledge of cleaning products and care for high-end furnishings and surfaces,

• Independent and proactive work style

• Discreet, with clear boundaries and unobtrusive service

• Cooking skills for breakfast and light meals are desirable

• Willingness to work weekends and during holidays

• Full EU driving license

• Excellent, checkable references from previous employers

• Child-friendly and pet-friendly

• Wardrobe Management skills will be a plus
