Our client, a leader in the UK’s leisure marine industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead their marketing strategy. You will lead a skilled marketing team, overseeing business lead generation, brand marketing, events, and communications. This role is integral to ensuring the company’s brand presence is strong both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.Manage and mentor a talented marketing team, driving them to achieve exceptional results.Create and deliver engaging content and campaigns to boost awareness and drive customer inquiries.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, management, industry partners, and agencies.Lead and coordinate customer-facing events to enhance the company’s brand and market presence.Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to continuously improve marketing efforts.Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a broad background in both digital and offline marketing, with proven experience in lead generation and communications.
