40m motor yacht is looking for a Sole Engineer to join the vessel in September in SOF.

The program is to ship the vessel in USA in October and stay there for at least one year. The winter season will be between Miami/ Bahamas for upcoming charters and private use. Then later on, it is intended to explore the Caribbean sea.

We're seeking an experienced and reliable Sole Engineer to join a new team of 7 crew member aboard a recent and stunning motor yacht of one year old.

As our Sole Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our yacht shipshape. In this aim we are expecting a candidate with the following criteria :

You need to be a self-starter and ready to get stuck straight into things.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with hands-on approach

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, being autonomous and taking initiative once you've been explained what is expected from your role.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

Good physical condition and ready for long day work.

It is essential that you have an upbeat personality, can do attitude, excellent communication skills, good sense of humour and able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

Trustworthy, reliable, honest and straight-forward dialogue.

This role requires the Sole Engineer to help out deck team during docking/undocking manoeuvre, guest activities while at anchor and deck wash down.
