Summary

Head Chef – 33m New Build M/Y

Döhle Yacht Crew are looking for an experienced Chef for a 33m New Build M/Y.

The yacht will be private usage, dual season. Mediterranean summers and Red Sea winters, with a home berth in Saudi Arabia during the winter season and accommodation provided ashore. The yacht will run with 5 crew.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role or relevant shore-based qualifications and be able to provide high-end, varied menus

Good knowledge of British and Mediterranean cuisine, provisioning and galley management are important along high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The ability to cater for food allergies and dietary requirements is also required.

A Female chef is preferred due to cabin arrangements.

Salary : TBC

Leave: Seasonal until end of September, however could be permanent if the right candidate is found.
