Bluewater is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Palma de Mallorca
Full-time position starting as soon as possible.
You will be providing full-time clerical support and receptionist duties.
You must be fluent in English, be computer literate and have great attention to detail. Spanish is an advantage, but not required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and an ability to take initiative, and prioritise daily tasks.
Previous experience in the yachting industry is an advantage, but not required.
The Administrative Assistant role is customer-facing in a busy office and requires an individual who is a quick learner and capable of absorbing constantly changing information.
Greet and welcome clients.
Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
Book students on courses and take payments.
Create and maintain records.
Prepare course paperwork.
Assist the Crew Placement and Training teams and provide ad hoc support around office as needed.
Data inputting and data management.
Assist the Training Manager and on-site Quality Manager in their specific roles.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Important - You must be eligible to work in Spain.
