Private motor yacht seeking dynamic Head Chef to join our awesome team!
Guests enjoy all styles of cuisine; American, Mediterranean, Asian, French and love freshly prepared fish. Most meals are served family style, but guests do enjoy some plated meals and canapés. Chef would also be responsible for cooking for a crew of 11 the majority of the time. Head chef would have the assistance of a galley stew, which is a split role between interior and galley.
Candidate must be familiar with allergies.
Cruising itinerary for 2023 is NE USA for the summer, New York City in the fall and the Caribbean in the winter. Vessel spends shipyard periods and shoulder seasons in Palm Beach, Florida.
Crew enjoy excellent work/life balance. 38 days vacation, Health Insurance by Geo Blue (Blue Cross is the provider in the US, but different in other countries) and dental care and flight home allowance. Salary DOE.
