A family based in Switzerland is looking for an Italian or Spanish chef for a seasonal role but this could also become a permanent position. Must have previous experience as Head/Private Chef in private homes and restaurants. Must specialize in Italian cuisine. Advantage if also have experience with Japanese cuisine.
5.5/6 days a week lunch and dinner. Breakfast service on weekends with some flexibility for other events
occasional dinner party with formal/elegant service
Accommodation in a private apartment 5 min drive from the family residence.
The ideal candidate would be communicative, health-conscious, flexible.
