Summary

We are looking for a fabulous couple; Chef/Butler and Housekeeper to work for a VIP client at their private properties in Europe. You will spend summers at their modern property in St Tropez and winters in their stunning chalet in Courchevel, 1850. You should be immaculately presented, fluent in English and understand how to host the family and their guests to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities

Serving the VIP family and their guests daily breakfast, occasional lunches and dinners

Housekeeping and turn downs/ups to an extremely high standard daily

Ensuring the property is well maintained to 7* standards

Butler service throughout the day, serving drinks and requests dealt with professionally

Cooking to a well presented, contemporary and formal family style standard

Looking after the families every need when in residence

Ensuring discretion is at the forefront when working

Hard working when guests and family in house

Understanding of UHNW and VIP client standards

Ideal Candidate

EU passport holders only

Fluency in English is a must, French language also a bonus

Background working together managing VIP properties as a couple

High standards of housekeeping, service and chef standards

Hard working, down to earth and well presented

Focused on delivering 7* standards

Package

Beautiful, modern apartment for the couple nearby in Courchevel and St Tropez

April and November paid OFF, unless rented of family in residence

Flexibility to days off, often 4 days at a time

Start Date: ASAP, April in St Tropez

Incredible work balance when clients away, flexibility to continue freelance work
