Job Description:

Head Server/ Housekeeper needed for an estate in LA (22 000 SQ foot)

mainly service, very light housekeeping duties

Open for Female and Male Candidates

Ideally someone with yachting background

Will be reporting to the House Manager and working closely with the Chef, Head of Housekeeping and housekeepers

Accommodation is NOT provided. (live out position)

Duties:

serve lunches and dinners

greet guests

communicate with the owners and other staff

maintain tableware and silverware

Basic housekeeping

Looking for someone with great experience in silver service and good eye for detail

The ideal person will be head of service and liaising with the Chef. Their family visits occasionally and they have occasional dinners with friends. This rock star Stew will also help coordinate with vendors and take care of logistics, she/he also needs to know Crestron and Apple TV in order to help recording TV shows etc.

Package:

2 days off (Monday and Tuesday)

$ 40-45 per hour (over time paid after 40 h/ per week)

10 vacation days
