53m new build Private M/Y is seeking a Stewardess/Galley Assistant
Will consider someone new to yachting with cooking experience, provided they are switched on and eager to learn

Interior team of 4: Chief Stew, 2nd Stew, 3rd Stew and Stew/Galley Assistant
Description of Duties:
Time is divided between the Interior and the Galley 60/40, spending the larger portion of time in the interior department.
With guests on: Assisting interior with morning housekeeping, laundry, crew mess.
Assisting Head Chef with galley cleanup in afternoon and evening, and interior assistance in evenings with turn down, dinner service and laundry.
Whilst guests are not on board, candidate will be assisting the Head Chef with detailing the Galley and helping to prepare crew meals. Will also cover the Head Chef whilst on leave.
The working week is divided as so: Monday, Thursday and Friday Galley. Tuesday and Wednesday Interior. Interior duties include crew mess, laundry, detailing vessel, projects etc.
ASAP Start : To join the vessel in South FL, with B1B2 in hand.
South FL based with trips to Bahamas/Caribbean. Vessel will be based in North Palm Beach for the summer during which time the program will be fairly quiet, allowing for ample time to train.
Crew enjoys a happy work/life balance, long weekends when possible between trips and use of the tender and toys, etc.
May suit a candidate with ties to South FL or anyone wanting a stable program with healthy work/life balance.
Salary is DOE and will be discussed with the Captain along with holidays, health care and 401K plans.
