Burgess recruitment are currently seeking an experienced 2nd/Sous Chef for a 70m+ yacht
The yacht is Private with a World cruising itinerary.
Currently on the west coast of the USA, Alaska summer, USA/Mexico Winter and then making way across the Pacific and beyond in the coming years.
Seeking an experienced culinary trained male chef with a good track record that can cover all healthy food bases, cooking for the crew and assisting head chef with owners meals. Cleanliness and hygiene is a must and the ability to cook a variety of cuisines.
Position: 2nd/crew chef
Start Date: ASAP
Location: West Coast USA
Holiday: 60 days per year
Salary: Salary will be €4000 pcm with a possible 10% increase after successful completion of 3 month trial period and assessment
Bonus: A discretionary bonus of 50% of your daily rate for everyday the owners are onboard.
Flights: Economy flights to and from repatriation destination. Passport: Required to be valid for another year min. ENG1: Required to be valid for another year min. STCW: Required to be revalidated as per the 2017 STCW Manilla Amendments VISA: USA B1/B2 is a must Itinerary: Worldwide
