IYC is after a top notch Chef for a 50m+ MY cruising the West Med this summer. Min qualifications: STCW 95, ENG &1 , Culinary certificates. Ideal candidate is proficient in Mediterranean type ,especially Italian cuisine. They should be passionate about food, creative and ideally come from a high end / michelin * restaurant background. Fluent English/Italian. Excellent salary and flexible leave package for the right candidate. Candidates should be available for a trial within the next two weeks in Italy.
