Experienced Chief Stew required with excellent knowledge of running all Interior department aspects to a high standard of yacht service for both owner family and charter guests. Must be familiar and experienced with hands on managing of the interior staff comprising of 4 stewardesses. Duties to include management of all cleaning, laundry and service to monitoring and ordering of products required for the continual upkeep of the interior and maintaining up to date inventories and accounts. High end charter experience essential along with associated contact with charter clients, owner and guests, ordering in good time of relevant provisions, contacting agencies, suppliers, restaurants etc. to ensure seamless guest preference expectations. He or she must look good, be smart and of a polite, happy and not too imposing disposition. Must also be of a strong, confident personality and interact positively with 16 other crew-members including a productive and communicative relationship with the Galley team to ensure the crew and charter dining experience is the most dynamic possible.
