Our client is seeking a Rotational Chef to join their 45m Private Motor yacht shortly. This dual season program is very active with 3 generations of a family. From established “foodies” expecting the highest levels of Michelin star experience, to grandchildren who may want chicken fingers and everything in between. The goal of the program is “a smile on the owner’s face” at all times. The chef will produce not only fantastic dishes for the crew, but is attuned to special events (and that includes a favorite meal when a crew member needs it). The chef has extensive access to provisioners and agents, but still has the freedom to do some market trips to select the “finest” of the area.
Job requirements: • Minimum 12 months yachting experience • Team Player • Flexibility • Solid with guest and crew food • Verifiable references • Non-smoking • Tattoos that cannot be seen in Chef uniform (long sleeve)
Conditions to be met: • STCW Basic Training • ENG1 • B1/B2 in hand if not US
