Experienced Chef Needed
110ft family orientated, private FF vessel looking for an experienced, well-organized, clean, and self-motivated Chef to complete a crew of 4.
Needs to be comfortable with dietary restrictions for both owners and crew. Owners are pretty consistent with food requirements and prefer low-carb, healthy meals: cooked breakfasts, salad and protein lunches with light sweet treats.
They enjoy having guests for dinner and will always do hors d’ oeuvres followed by a 3-course meal.
Basic itinerary includes Florida/Bahamas winters and Long Island summers. Will be required to cook at the house occasionally in the summer.
Must be in the Fort Lauderdale area to be considered.
Looking to fill the position by the end of the month latest to trial for the upcoming boss trip mid-May.
Salary to be discussed upon interview.
STCW, ENG1 required.
