The role: - Resourcing: you will work with the job boards, internal database and social media sites to find high quality professionals for clients - Identify and qualify candidates, speaking on the phone assessing suitability for client roles - Candidate registration, regular telephone and computer work updating and registering candidates onto our extensive internal database of marine professionals - Business development, you will proactively seek new opportunities with clients via own and company wide network - Working to targets and deadlines striving to learn and grow on the job, connecting with key industry contacts from shop floor up to c-suite management - Relationship building is key to this role; your dynamism and energy is essential.

About you: - Strong academic background with team playing spirit. - Excellent communication skills - Strong and efficient organisational skills to help with daily management of time - Confidence to communicate with new clients and candidates, regularly keeping abreast of news and events within the industry - Competitive, 'can-do' attitude.

Salary: £20-£25k basic, £35-£40K+OTE. Commission is fully uncapped so large earning potential. Additional incentives and rewards also available.
