58m Private foreign flagged M/Y currently based in WPB is seeking a professional and experienced Service Stewardess to join the interior team of 4.
Female due to cabin arrangements.
14 crew on board, broad range of nationalities.
Will be working under a male Chief Steward – fantastic personality; organized, polished and knowledgeable, with a warm and engaging persona.
Sole or Chief Stew from 30-40m programs looking to step up, would be an excellent fit for this program. Someone self sufficient and confident in the full rotation of interior duties with the mindfulness of ensuring all departments are running smoothly; maintaining communication between the interior team to ensure seamless day to day operations, and the ability to step up and cover Chief Steward for leave, etc.
Elderly American owners who are a dream to work for; generous, pleasant and kind. Unlimited budget for the vessel. No surprise that longevity with many of the current crew ranges from 5-9 years with the program.
Vessel is docked near the owner’s estate and crew work 8-5 Monday-Friday; typically the Mr and Misses for coffee and afternoons on board, occasionally several friends, though they are keeping it more low key due to covid.
Formal plated service as well as family/buffet style – owners come on board to relax and do not require an overly attentive manner of service/interaction with crew. Dinners on board are planned in advance and the owners are incredibly considerate of the crew having their own space and downtime, thus the boss insisted on a set schedule to ensure crew can plan for their days off etc.
Valid Driver’s License Valid STCW and unrestricted ENG-1 B1B2 in hand
Salary: 3000 Euros/month
13th month annual bonus, as well as a second bonus given toward the end of season
8 weeks of holiday per year
1 flight anywhere in the world after 1 year with the program

There will be a 15 year survey coming up during which time the owners will not be using the vessel for approx. 3 months.
Deadline to hire is April 1st, however position can start ASAP if the right candidate is found.
Vessel is meat and shellfish free, due to owner request. Thus the crew have weekly barbeques on the dock to get their meat fix.
