HEAD CHEF 55M CHARTER YACHT
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef for a busy single season charter yacht based in France. The vessel had=s lovely owners who use the vessel for a few weeks per year, the rest of the summer is booked for charters in the Med. This upcoming season already has 10 weeks of charter booked, it is a popular vessel and often has generous repeat charter guests.
The Head Chef works in a team of 2, with a Sous Chef that is permanent. Candidates must have charter experience. We are seeking creative chefs who like to surprise and excite charter guests day after day and push the menu outside the box. Ideally Chefs will have 2 years on yachts, be culinary trained and come from a strong restaurant background. We are looking for someone that has a wide repertoire with skills in Japanese, Mediterranean and Pastry.
Candidates will ideally be located in UK/Europe. Candidates will need a Ship\'s Cook Certificate or Culinary Qualification to apply for a Cayman Islands endorsement.
Leave: 42 days but can be more flexible in winter Salary: DOE Start date: March/April Crew: 15
