Summary

57m Northern European built Motor Yacht looking for an exceptional deckhand to join the team.

Minimum qualifications: - Commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore or MCA Yacht Rating Certificate & PB Level 2 - ENG1 or Cayman Islands accepted Seafarer Medical Certificate - Updated STCW - Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (Can be done online if required) - PWC Instructor preferable

Required Skills and attributes: - Minimum of 1.5 years in the industry as a deckhand. You will be expected to hit the ground running, work well in a team or individually. This is not an entry level position. - Have a good knowledge and understanding of general deck maintenance, products, equipment and procedures. - Have a strong work ethic, eager to go the extra mile with out having to be asked. - A willingness to learn, take instruction and be pro active within the team. - Competent tender driver and confident to instruct/supervise guests in all aspects of watersports. Preference to those candidates whose hobbies include water based activities. - Good previous references, they will be checked thoroughly. - Be willing to commit for a reasonable period, longevity is very highly regarded.

Other requirements: - Male due to Cabin arrangements - 23 yrs old + - Non Smoker - No visible tattoos - Happy to travel and be away for long periods of time - Prefer single candidates
