Crew/Sous Chef

We are currently seeking a Crew/Sous Chef to join a 62m private/charter M/Y currently located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Start date: ASAP Itinerary: South Florida. TBD We are looking for an experienced Crew Chef with a well- rounded knowledge of cuisines, who is able to provide fresh, healthy fare for a crew of 15. The Crew Chef will work independently when the vessel is in maintenance periods. An experienced Head Chef will be brought on during owner\'s trips and charters.

Required certification: Ships Cook cert, Food Safety & Hygiene minimum level 2, STCW, PDSD, ENG1, B1/B2 visa.
