40m sailing yacht seeks 1st Mate holding at least Yachtmaster Offshore.

Private yacht, cruising Spain, France & Italy in 2021, based in Palma in the winter.

This is a role seeking an active candidate with at least 2 years’ experience on sailing boats over 100’. Candidates must be experienced watchkeepers, have a good understanding of in-boom furling and captive winch systems, and have knowledge of rope work and modern paint systems. Jet tender driving experience also required.

STCW & ENG1 (no restrictions) required, along with English as a first language. PADI open water ticket an advantage.

Start 16th January in Palma de Mallorca.
