English speaking House manager position in Boca Raton, FL. This is a land-based position, must be US citizen or possess valid work visa. Work duties will include: ◦ Daily care/cleaning of home when homeowner is at the residence. This includes turn ups/turn downs, laundry, and all other general housekeeping tasks. ◦ Detailing between owner visits. ◦ Provisioning/stocking fridges ◦ Maintaining a KOSHER kitchen at all times ◦ Cleaning patio and outdoor seating areas ◦ Managing/arranging all exterior maintenance (including pool) ◦ Obtain quotes and manage all maintenance projects for the entire property. ◦ All vehicle maintenance ◦ Various administrative tasks including all house accounts and petty cash ◦ Coordinate with PA’s at NJ office and yacht crew regarding needs at the house and/or travel plans ◦ Odd jobs and tasks assigned directly by homeowners and their guests
This position is best suited for someone who is energetic and can keep up with a fast paced work environment. This is a self-directed role so all applicants should have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Applicants must be prepared to work all days the homeowners are at the residence including holidays and weekends. Schedule flexibility is mandatory. October-April there is heavy owner use, May-September will mainly be project co-ordination and detailing. Must be comfortable working with a friendly medium-sized dog.
