Summary

Seeking an experienced First Mate for an active Private/Charter M/Y, to join the vessel in South FL approx January 11.

MUST be a qualified Divemaster and keen kiteboarder - heavy water sports program.

Yachtmaster minimum required, with B1B2 in hand. Looking for a career minded candidate with excellent references and a proactive, team minded persona.

Open to team with Chief Stewardess. If single, will have own cabin on board.

Active and fit crew on board who all have excellent longevity with the program - current Mate and Chief Stew are transferring to 50m new build within the fleet.

Itinerary: South FL/Bahamas/Caribbean

Fantastic Captain who does not micromanage, promotes continued growth and offers additional responsibility and drive time.

Zero drama crew. Positive social dynamic, not a party boat.

Salary: $5500-6000 DOE
