6om Charter/Private vessel Searching for an experienced deckhand who wants to step up to Lead Hand. We need someone who is an outgoing person, great with guests and crew. On deck, we need you to have initiative and drive to lead and teach. We tow a 36ft tender and would prefer someone who is confident in tender driving.

Vessel is currently finishing off a yard period and then heading into a Caribbean season.

Position can be coupled with an interior crew member
