Summary

Chef & Captain couple required for 68' motor catamaran based in the Caribbean. TEAM ROLE ONLY due to cabin arrangements.

Chef should have previous charter yacht experience and should be comfortable meeting a wide range of guest requests & dietary requirements. Culinary training preferred, with extensive experience in menu planning, provisioning and working within budgets. A flair for presentation, and an ability to work in an orgainsed manner and to be adaptable, is essential. Chef must hold STCW10, and unrestricted ENG1 and Food Hygiene Level 2.

Captain must have at least a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore along with valid STCW10 and unrestricted ENG1. Seeking an experienced charter Captain to lead and assist the team on board, to deliver exceptional charter experiences. Proven charter background essential, along with motivation, stamina and an upbeat personality. Should have extensive watersports knowledge, and good engineering skills.

Start early January in St Maarten for winter charter season. B1B2 visa and Schengen visa (if required for Dutch & French Caribbean islands) ESSENTIAL for both.
