Able to prepare everyday food to reasonably high end for boss, guests and potential charters
Positive nice attitude, calm personality, team player, enjoys being active and healthy
Be a really good Chef and genuinely enjoy creating food that excites and makes guest and crew happy.
Be happy to prepare all kinds of food styles from different regions. Experience with Russian food would be a plus but happy to prepare Russian food is essential.
Be able to prepare one kind of meal for the Owner and another for his guests at the same sitting occasionally.
Work within the limitation of a smaller galley, limited refrigeration, freezer and storage spaces consistent with a 40 meter yacht.
The candidate must understand the importance of the Chef/Chief Stewardess relationship and be able to work as a team.
The Chef must be happy to communicate with the Owner. Chat about menus, interact with guests and make them feel special.
The candidate must be punctual. On our boat, dinner is at 6 p.m. means the first plate hitting the table at 5:59:59.
The Chef must get it is all about what the boss wants to eat.
Be motivated in guest off mode and guest on mode, the crew are your next most important constituents.
