Seeking a Galley Hand/ Crew Chef to join a very busy Private/Charter vessel. Ideally candidates will have 6 months experience in the yachting industry and have the ability to cook lunch and dinner for 25 crew keeping the menus interesting and versatile. Knowledge in various cuisines is essential. The vessel has a busy galley and needs someone who can think on their toes and be happy to assist the 2nd and Head Chef where required. Males only due to cabin arrangements. 5:1 rotation.
