We are looking for well versed sous chef who is experienced in cooking for a crew of 17-26. Time on boats and restaurants is preferred. You would be right hand to the head chef on charter so someone comfortable prepping dishes with the chef is necessary. You must be able to provision, maintaining cleanliness of stores when off charter and while the head chef is away. The crew are multinational who love a variety of cuisines from the healthy fresh salads and fish to the meat and potato comfort foods. We often have crew BBQs on the aft deck so someone who is well versed in South African braai is great. The position is permanent and we are looking to fill it ASAP. We are based in the South Pacific are do a lot of cruising so sea legs is a must. The itinerary is very exciting but plan to be away from the normal milk run or the busy social atmosphere of Med or states.
