No bad habits, normal drinking and non smoker. Please, you must be flexible and a calm personality. Shared cabin
This role requires someone who is culinary trained ideally and able to cook crew food on a daily basis whilst also ensuring, in advance, that weekend food is available for watchkeepers over the weekend.
An ideal candidate will be proficient in writing crew menu’s, working from a daily prep list and familiar with rotation of stock in order to minimize wastage. Candidate must be able to cater to different dietary requirements and provide a variety of healthy, nutritious meals.
Salary: within yachting guidelines DOE
