Ability to cook healthy crew food for 15 crew. 

Requires:  B1/B2 visa or legal to work in the US

Culinary Degree (or strong restaurant apprenticeship) STCW Food hygiene/safety certificate ENG1 or current marine medical certificate

Clean galley habits Organized Good provisioning skills Healthy meals for the crew Good disposition Professional and well mannered person Must be able to take directions Must be self- motivated and able to work un-supervised

No bad habits, normal drinking and non smoker. Please, you must be flexible and a calm personality. Shared cabin 

This role requires someone who is culinary trained ideally and able to cook crew food on a daily basis whilst also ensuring, in advance, that weekend food is available for watchkeepers over the weekend.

An ideal candidate will be proficient in writing crew menu’s, working from a daily prep list and familiar with rotation of stock in order to minimize wastage. Candidate must be able to cater to different dietary requirements and provide a variety of healthy, nutritious meals.

Salary: within yachting guidelines DOE

Female and Male Candidates are welcomed. 

Candidates located in USA will be considered first. 

NOTE: May be required to get a COVID-19 test prior to joining but they will be administering one on board prior to starting.
