Sous Chef/Crew Chef required for a 60m private MY. This position requires someone who is preferably culinary trained who can cook crew food for up to 18 people. An ideal candidate will be proficient in writing crew menu’s, working from a daily prep list and familiar with rotation of stock in order to minimize wastage. Candidate must be able to cater to different dietary requirements and provide a variety of healthy, nutritious meals. Will consider candidates new to the industry. This is a temporary position with a strong possibility of it becoming permanent. The yacht is based in the US, but has travelled extensively in the past and may do so again. To start ASAP.
