Seeking an experienced and personable 2nd Stew to join the vessel in the Bahamas by September 20th
MINIMUM of 2+ years of superyacht experience required, strong in all departments and able to work unsupervised, lead service, and mentor a Junior Stew, upholding the standards and protocols set by the Chief.
Vessel will fly crew from within the US; crew outside the US will be required to fly themselves in, and be reimbursed for flights after 3 month probationary period.
Must have B1B2 in hand.
New owner (not new to yachting) who is very pro-crew and fosters a happy and positive dynamic on board. Owner is low key and not demanding.
International crew of 9. Interior team of 3. Looking for a positive and proactive, adaptable individual who can hit the ground running.
Discreet visible tattoos permitted.
Salary range $4-5000 +/- DOE; full medical and standard leave
Upcoming itinerary: Miami based, with trips to Bahamas/Caribbean.
When docked in Miami between trips, or if owner stays on board for longer periods when the boat is in Miami, the program will adjust accordingly and crew are guaranteed 2 days off per week. Owner and Captain are in agreement about crew maintaining a healthy work life balance to promote happiness and longevity.
Would be well suited to someone with a home base in South FL, or anyone in search of a stable program.
