If you love food this may the position for you. Our owners are a wonderful couple (I know that everyone says that, but ours truly are the best) who love food and wine. In general they allow the chef to cook whatever excites them, with no budget restrictions for guests nor crew. Culinary training is a must. The boat is a 1978 Feadship which has undergone an extensive restoration over several years, including a new galley. We have an international crew of 8, most of who've been with the boat for several years. Winter itinerary is a bit up in the air due to COVID, but will likely involve the Caribbean and Bahamas. The boat is for sale, with plans for a larger vessel after it sells.
