Summary

Temporary Sous Chef opportunity on board 90 m M/Y

Start Date: August 26th, 2020 Temporary position until the end of September Location: Mediterranean/Adriatic Package: Salary paid in Euros pro rata

Candidates who are currently based in Europe will have preference

COVID Testing and quarantine procedures will also be required to be respected

Experience and Attributes Required: *Minimum of 1 year\\'s experience on board 80m+ Yachts, Cruise or River Ships in similar role Cruise experience would be a bonus * Assisting with food preparation, maintenance of cleanliness and high standards of hygiene in the galley, mess rooms, pantries and storerooms * Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and a positive attitude * Team player * Attention to detail * Ability work under pressure and remain calm and courteous at all times * Fluent English both written and verbal

Qualifications Required: * Certified Culinary Trained Chef Degree/Ship’s Cook Certificate (mandatory) *STCW (all up-dated) * Proficiency in Designated Security Duties Certificate * Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Minimum 6 months\\' validity) * Seaman’s Discharge Book * Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2
