We are looking for an Engineer/Mate for this 40m Sailing Yachts. This is a full-time position. You will join this team of 4 who have a brilliant shore-based team that join for deliveries and yard periods. Due to Covid-19 the plan\'s are a little up in the air, so no confirmed cruising program at this stage. This is a privately run vessel and will only be used by the small family. The boat has no real toys as such on board as the owners are pure sailors. We are looking for someone with a skilled engineering background as the majority of the role will be engineering but being only a crew of 4 we are looking for someone who is not afraid to pick up a chamois, drive a tender and help with lines etc. The yacht is currently in a yard period undergoing warranty works that have been delayed due to the virus. Things are starting to move now and contractors are on a rotor so it will be a busy few weeks. We are looking for someone with could knowledge of PMS (IDEA knowledge beneficial). The candidate must be neat, tidy and clean, well presented too. Someone active, health-conscious with a good sense of humour who works hard is vital. If you are interested please do apply online.
