Position: Temporary Sole Chef - Male Due to Cabin Arrangements
Yacht: 40m Private SY
Location: Palma (The ideal candidate would already be in Palma, due to the current global crises and restricted travel)
Start date: April 1st - April 15th
Licence Required: Culinary certificate and/or strong restaurant experience,
Requirements: Food safety & hygiene certificate, charter experience.
STCW78/95/10 and ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
Responsibilities: The role would be CHEF. Full charge of galley duties. Charter presentation and quality, safe food handling, organization, clean galley practices, happy to cook healthy meals for crew. Responsible provisioning. Helping on deck when needed. Cooking for the guests and crew.
Temp contract for 2 weeks but could go into seasonal/ future temp for guest trips

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience
