Requirements: An Executive Head Chef required, preferably from a restaurant background with experience working on similar size yachts for a minimum of 3 years. Must have proven longevity and excellent references, a motivated team player who works well under pressure.
Dual season - Very busy private/charter Start Date: Beginning of May Location: To join in Palma - cruising the Mediterranean for the Summer and Winter in the Caribbean Salary: Industry standard plus performance and annual bonus
Must have valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene and ships cook certificate.
