An exciting European boatbuilder is seeking a Senior Naval Architect to join their team!

Famed for building craft that are not replicated anywhere else in the industry, this growing builder has an already strong market reputation for building technologically advanced products, with a constantly evolving range. As they continue to grow however, they are needing to bolster their technical team to ensure that they are able to stay innovative and offer an exciting product to their client base.

Reporting into the Senior Management team and leading a small technical office, duties for the role will include:

  • Working with internal and external partners on both new and existing craft
  • Naval Architecture - both modification and new craft design
  • Systems design - Design, specification and allocation of a range of onboard systems including mechanical, hydraulic and electrical
  • 3D Modelling and 2D Drafting

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual used to working with smaller motorcraft who's looking to further their career with an exciting brand. You'll be degree educated in Naval Architecture of similar with 5+ years experience within a production or custom boatbuilder, able to work across a selection of different 3D Softwares. Leadership qualities are also heavily desirable.
