Yacht: 65m+ range charter Motor Yacht

Location: Med Start date: ASAP Itinerary: world cruising Requirements: Fluent English, other languages a plus. Charter experience - Experience working as a Pastry Chef Basic knowledge of food items • Basic knowledge of food safety and storage • Basic knowledge of nutrition, diets and allergies • Organized, adaptable • Ability to successfully try new recipes • Good interpersonal skills • Works well under pressure • Fluent in English Responsibilities: Assists the Head Chef in the provisioning process of food and beverages Cooks high quality pastries for the guests Ensures that the public health standards are respected in the kitchen Assists in the food storing process as per public health standards Provides accurate account of food storage inventory Assists with galley cleaning after each service Salary Package: $ 3000 USD when on board. + charter tips
