Yacht Interior Intermediate

This course is aimed at interior crew looking to progress from introductory to operational level.

The programme includes interior administration and management systems, food and beverage service, housekeeping and valeting, flower and plant maintenance, cigar services and human resource management.

Students also build on their time management, communication and planning skills.

Service management - organisational approach

Communication - verbal and non-verbal

Service styles, service sequence and service plan

Table settings and table seating

Room and tray service

Guest services, guest orientation and preferences

Housekeeping service - products, procedures and attention to detail

Valet service - wardrobe management, laundry, packing, unpacking and shoe care
