The Advanced Leadership Course for Purser CoC has been designed for existing Pursers who’ve completed their GUEST / IAMI Purser Certification and who would like to formalise their existing experience and gain new skills and knowledge to improve effectiveness onboard.

Upon completion of the course, you will be awarded your Advanced Leadership Unit 22 Certificate and subject to meeting the sea time/service requirements, can then apply for your Purser CoC.

Course Format:

6-weeks of online study broken down into bitesize chunks covering the GUEST / IAMI Advanced Leadership Syllabus. Designed around yachting’s unpredictable schedules, the course is delivered via a blended mix of online study in our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and live tutor led lectures. All lectures are recorded and made available in the platform to allow you to study around your work and life priorities.
