Yacht: 40m- Cayman Island Flag moving to Jamaican Flag- Private right now but will begin chartering next month Boat is brand new- just delivered in May 2016

Location : Caribbean

Start date: By Mid February 2017

Itinerary: Caribbean through April 2017- May in Fort Lauderdale- Summer will be New England definitely with possibility of crossing to the Med

Requirements: valid STCW and medical certificate prefer culinary trained and previous yachting experience local US or Caribbean candidates are preferred

Job Specifics: Need someone with a friendly and accommodating personality.
Versitile Chef- charter quality and presentation during charters.. Owners are more laid back, have kids and enjoy a more family style meal setting. One of the children have a gluten allergy as well as a nut allergy. Kosher knowledge is preferred

Team: Possibly with a Y3 Engineer

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience
